Join Our Board
Our board is comprised of community members that live and/or work in our service area, the Hastings area. They have an important role to govern our organization and work with the Executive Director who carries out the Board’s directives. If you would like to join the Board of Directors and make important decisions leading to United Way action and community results, contact the UWH.
To Join Board:
- Submit CV/resume and Letter of Interest
- Email to theresa@unitedwayofhastings.org
- Deadline October 31 but will accept interest letters throughout the year.
Job Description
The Board of Directors has legal, fiscal and other responsibilities as outlined in the Board of Director’s job description.
Nominations
Although you can submit your interest in serving on the UWH Board anytime, UWH annually takes nominations in October. Submit a resume/CV and Letter of Interest by October 31 to UWH.
